I think when we work at things only from the mental aspect, our interest quickly
wanes and we just start going through the motions. When we put our heart and soul into it, but our mind is overburdened, we can't give our best. Mindfully putting effort into the tasks that are most vital to our growth integrates mind, body, and spirit and creates the opportunity to become the master we are capable of being.
